Description

Professional OIL DYE or PRO DYE from Fiebing's brand is an oil-based tincture. Very useful for covering vegetable tanned leather, it has a remarkable penetration quality. Also, if the color seems too dark or too light, you can mix several colors or apply several coats to darken the leather, otherwise you can use the dye reducer to lighten the color.

We recommend that you test your mixtures on a small scale on scraps of leather, for example, before actually working on your final piece.

Before applying the stain, make sure the leather is cleaned well. If not, you can use Deglazer, also available on our website in the leather preparation tab. When the leather is clean and dry, spread the dye using a piece of cloth, a brush or other applicators.

Before fully using this product, we invite you to read the instructions again as well as the pictograms on the bottle. Practice with caution and favor the use of rubber gloves to avoid all risks. Wash your hands after use, and keep it out of the reach of children.
