Description
The Colorcut range is a series of edge dyes designed to enhance your leather edges. This water-based finish, also known as edge paint, is safe to use.
With 22 colours to choose from, you can select the shade that best matches your skin for a perfect finish. These can be applied to vegetable-tanned leather, mineral-tanned leather and synthetic materials.
It's easy to apply using hand tools like :
- A brush ;
- A spatula (single or double);
- An applicator pen;
- A flexible-head dye applicator.
Then :
- Shake your bottle;
- Apply the liquid to your tools;
- Leave to dry for a good 15 minutes.
(You may need a crepe eraser to remove any unwanted smudges on the flower side).
This finish dries quickly to give a smooth relief, but if you want a domed effect, you'll need to apply 2 or 3 extra coats.
Tips :
If you're not 100% happy with the shade, you can mix them together.
